Our dough is hand made, using organic flour from Moulins Bourgeois and Weeribben Zuivel organic butter.
Our meat sausages are produced by Ferme de Tabreux, a lovely farm near Liege, where the pigs & cows really run free and animal husbandry is paramount. Le Seitanist in Kortrijk produces amazing artisanal vegan sausages based on seitan with the addition of lovely spices. We’ll be using apples from T’BioSchuurke in Gooik.”
